1. Go to “Forgot password” page.
2. Select password.
3. Enter your BellSouth email address and your last name.
4. Click Continue.
5. Select “Send me a temporary password” from the drop-down menu.
6. Now select “How you'd like the temporary password sent to you”.
7. Select continue and check for temporary password.
